Sandi is truly the expert and I’m so glad we met her! We searched for our first home and it can be a scary experience. Every time we had a question then we knew that Sandi had the answer. She literally knows everyone. Need a plumber? She has you covered. Questions about mortgage rates? She is an encyclopedia of knowledge. She made sure that we found an incredible home. We are forever grateful for her and her husband who made sure that we got what we needed and wanted. We can’t recommend her enough.

Sandi was very helpful in the house selling process. She answered all my questions and was knowledgeable with the process. Dotloop was used to keep the meetings and paper signing to a minimum, which is great when you have little children. House was sold within a few months of listing.

I trusted Sandi to sell my home and my experience couldn’t have been better. She had an offer on the home within two days of it being listed and was able to get full asking price. I had previously listed the house myself on Zillow for sale by owner which was where it sat for several months until I decided to list through LCR. Thanks Sandi!

As first time home buyers we could not have found a better agent. In the long journey of looking at homes we had met with a couple different realtors who never contacted us after looking at property. Our Mortgage consultant actually referred Sandi to me. From day one of reaching out to her she was so responsive and patient with us. She traveled to several places to show us homes, even ones I felt bad knowing how far she was traveling for us, but she never batted an eye! Sandi is very honest and knowledgeable to guide us in the right direction. When it came down to us pulling the trigger on our home she made it effortless. She negotiated what we wanted, even better I think, and kept us updated at all times. Even when it came to us getting the home inspected, she handled that for us too and contacted them and did it all. I was so appreciative of her understanding I had no idea about the process and she would take so much time to explain everything and make sure we knew what was happening. I could keep going. Sandi was an excellent agent. She set up several viewings during the initial week it went on the market. She helped us accept and offer above what we were initially asking. She always kept us informed of new offers and provided suggestions to maximize the sale. My spouse and I are hopefully going to have another house to place on the market and look again for the Radcliff team to assist in the sale.Sandi is a great agent, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

We tried to sell our house on our own for a year. After turning it over to Sandi it was sold within 4 months. She did all the hard work for us, answered all our questions and always kept us in the loop. She even fought for us when things were not going the as expected. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job. She takes the stress out of selling and/or buying a home.
